LEADER RULES
must have 3 pokemon of each type eg fire and water gym 3 fire 3 water
no legendary pokemon
no hacked pokemon
same pokemon not allowed more than once

CHALLENGER RULES
no hacked pokemon
same pokemon not allowed twice or more
no legendary pokemon
